The purpose of this request for qualifications ("RFQ") is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interest in, and qualifications for the Comox Valley Water Treatment Project. Based on these Responses, in accordance with the terms of this RFQ, the Comox Valley Regional District intends to select a shortlist of up to three Proponents to participate in a Request for Proposals. The Preferred Proponent will be selected from amongst the Proponents responding to the RFP.
