Mail Ballot Voting Options
All eligible electors in the Comox Valley Regional District are able to vote in the election using a mail-in ballot. This includes resident electors and non-resident property electors.
Request a Mail Ballot Package
To receive a mail ballot package, an eligible elector must first complete an Application to Vote by Mail Ballot. Eligible electors can apply between August 17 and October 9, 2026. The application form will be made available on this webpage on August 17, 2026.
The Comox Valley Regional District will send out mail ballot packages on or about September 25, 2026. To be counted, your mail ballot must be received by the Chief Election Officer no later than 8:00 pm on October 17, 2026. It is the responsibility of the person applying to vote by mail ballot, to ensure that the ballot is received by this date and time.
