Vote by Mail
Eligible electors in the Comox Valley Regional District can vote using a mail-in ballot. This option is available to both resident electors and non-resident property electors.
Request a Mail Ballot Package
To vote by mail, you must first submit an Application to Vote by Mail.
Applications are accepted from August 12 to October 9, 2026.
Complete the application form and submit it to the Chief Election Officer by mail, email, or in person:

Mail ballot packages will be sent on or around September 25, 2026.
To be counted, your completed mail ballot package must be received by the Chief Election Officer by 8 pm on October 17, 2026.
It is the responsibility of the person applying to ensure that the ballot package is received before the deadline.
