Deadline for submission of a cart exchange: January 15, 2027.
Cart exchange and replacement requests made after January 15, 2027 will be subject to an administrative fee of $75 and the cost of the new cart. Please see the FAQs for questions regarding damaged carts or replacement carts.
How this works:
Step 1: Using the Waste Wizard below, click on the Cart tab
Step 2: Enter your address to confirm your residence is in the Royston service area
Step 3: Follow the prompts to select your cart sizes, and confirm
Step 4: Follow the prompts to confirm you have the required authority to request a cart exchange for the property and enter your contact information.
Step 5: Wait to receive confirmation from CVRD staff.
Cart Exchange will be available between November 2, 2026 and January 15, 2027.
