Online Appointment Booking Now Available for Planning and Development Services

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) Planning and Development Services department is making changes to its counter service to better serve people with questions about planning and development of properties in electoral areas.

“Beginning November 17th, we are encouraging people with requests for information about properties, building permits and bylaws, development guidelines and more, to make an appointment to meet with a planner or building inspector,” explains Alana Mullaly, General Manager of Planning and Development Services. “We hope this change will help properties owners get the information they need in a more efficient process.”

Visit www.comoxvalleyrd.ca/bookappointment to request an appointment. Once a request is submitted, you will receive a reply within one business day, with appointments available within two to three days of the request.

Drop-in counter service is still available for quick inquiries. For more information and questions, please call 250-334-6006.
