The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) Recreation Department is proud to be hosting two free Family Day events on Monday, February 19.

Family Day Swim & Skate (all ages)
Proudly sponsored by Arbor Dental Centre
Date: Monday, Feb. 19
Location: Comox Valley Sports Centre (3001 Vanier Drive, Courtenay)
Times: Skate – 1:00-3:00 PM, Swim – 1:00-5:00 PM
Cost: FREE
BC Family Day Community Event (all ages)
In partnership with the Therapeutic Riding Society and DVG Equestrian
Date: Monday, Feb. 19
Location: Comox Valley Exhibition Grounds (4839 Headquarters Road, Courtenay)
Time: 10:00 - 3:00 pm
Cost: FREE
Activities include:
- Active game stations, craft table, pool noodle pony jump course, scavenger hunt, riding demo’s and pony rides
- Pony rides only available from 10am – 12pm
- The Therapeutic Riding Society will be on-site offering hot refreshments and snacks for donations.
