Fanny Bay Community Park consists of an open area and a remnant second-growth forest typical of low elevation seepage sites.  Dominant species are Douglas fir and red alder. The property bisects a parking area and turn-around that is used by the public to access upland trails and events at the Fanny Bay Community Hall. The park is accessible off the highway.
