The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms for the detailed design of a new landfill cell and associated tasks (Phase 1). Phase 2 of the project will be for the contract administration and construction inspection for the new landfill cell, landfill gas header and roadworks.
