BYLAW COMPLIANCE
The bylaw compliance department provides the citizens of the regional district with a variety of services related to regulatory issues and works primarily on a reactive, complaint-driven basis. The regional district strives to gain voluntary compliance with the bylaws before resorting to enforcement actions such as issuing tickets or seeking stronger legal solutions.
