PH - Bylaw 421

A public hearing was held on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the CVRD boardroom at 550B Comox Road, Courtenay, BC to consider Bylaw No. 421.

Bylaw 421 Purpose:

 
To rezone two properties described as Lot 2, Block 29,Comox District, Plan VIP81361 (7350 Island Highway) and ot 3, Block 29, Comox District, Plan VIP81361 (1331 Williams Beach Road) from rural eight (RU-8) to rural eight exception 3 (RU-8-3) to permit “interpretive/cultural centre” as a principal use and “special events directly related to a principal use” as an accessory use.
