Adult Ice Activities & Programs

Adult learn to skate:

If you have always wanted to learn to skate, our qualified instructors are here for you. Although this is a group setting, we understand that everyone has personal goals and the skills taught are flexible and adaptable to ensure success with achieving your goals. Check out our current program guide for current class schedules.
All program participants must wear a helmet and it is strong recommended to wear protective gear while learning to skate.  Ask one of our arena staff if you have questions regarding protective gear.

Adult learn to Play - Beginner

The beginner program teaches participants the techniques necessary for strong skating and puck control. All drills are taught at a basic level, in a positive, friendly environment. As the player becomes more comfortable with their technique, their speed will increase and stick handling will improve. This is a great program for people who are just learning the basics of the game.
Full gear is required for this program, including a helmet with a face shield or cage.

Adult learn to Play - Intermediate

The intermediate program focuses on developing a player's overall skills. Many players take this program to complement and improve their existing skills and to become more comfortable playing league hockey. This program focuses on shooting and scoring, as well as, skating, passing, receiving and conditioning. This program is aimed to improve a player's individual skills allowing them to take their game to the next level.
Full gear is required for this program, including a helmet with a face shield or cage.
