Natural Features

Access the small, seasonal parking area from Pinecrest Road. An undeveloped, dedicated road bounds the eastern side of the park. The park is mostly level and partially 2-5% grade.

The park was clear cut in the 1980's and contains many pioneer species. Typical species include Red alder, Douglas fir, Western White pine, Sitka spruce, Blackberry, Bracken, Fireweeed and Yarrow.

The park was created at the time of subdivision (1980's). During the summer of 2001 a BMX track was built as part of a project to close down an informal track at Bracken Park.
