Natural Features

The park is located on the K’ómoks estuary, adjacent to a Nature Trust property and Ducks Unlimited property, both of which are held for their value as wildlife habitat. The park provides a good opportunity for wildlife viewing on the estuary with exceptional panoramic glacier, mountain and ocena views.

The northern portion of the park offers most of the park amenities including the wildlife viewing platform and wheelchair facilities.

The southern portion of the park was donated by Lafarge Canada Inc. in 2016. It provides park visitors with a gravel parking area and a quiet location to relax and view wildlife. This location also includes the foreshore.
